First Care Acquires Life Medical Transport

CINCINNATI, Ohio (June 30, 2017)—Officials at First Care Medical Services and Life Medical Transport, both private ambulance companies, today announced that First Care Medical Services has acquired the assets and operations of Life Medical Transport.  The purchase agreement was signed on Friday, June 30, 2017, and the transaction was completed on the same day.  The merger of the two companies further expands First Care’s leadership position in Southwest Ohio.

 

Dennis Young, President of First Care, stated: “The acquisition of Life Medical Transport fits perfectly into our company’s growth strategy.  By merging with First Care, the resources of Life Medical Transport are now combined with our fleet of over 150 vehicles and approximately 350 dedicated employees.”
