First Care Acquires Mercy Health Medical Transport

CINCINNATI, Ohio (April 1, 2017)—Officials at First Care Medical Services and Mercy Health Medical Transport, both private ambulance companies, today announced that First Care Medical Services has acquired the assets and operations of Mercy Health Medical Transport.  The purchase agreement was signed on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, and the transaction was completed on March 20, 2017.  The merger of the two companies further expands First Care’s leadership position in Southwest Ohio.
